As a Mom, wife and Sergeant in the Air National Guard, she adopted the frugal and fabulous lifestyle in 2007. She also decided to blog about it in order to be accountable for her spending and saving habits. Over the years, Amiyrah has done freelance writing on the subject of frugality and has been interviewed about her journey to being debt free. She’s also an avid baker, mom gamer, and vlogs obsessively.

Angela-Profile-PhotoAngela and Laura are a mom and daughter blogging team who enjoy sharing family recipes, travel adventures, favorite things, and more on their blog About a Mom. Both Laura and Angela are dog lovers, and share a passion for DIY projects, and entertaining friends and family. For the last 5 year they’ve been enjoying the country life in a small rural Georgia community. Laura is more of the creative force behind their blog, while Angela is very active on social media and can often be found on Twitter @aboutamom.

Also, she writes on her own blog Not A Supermom, a rather typical mom blog about parenting, laundry, and tricking her kids into eating vegetables.

Mom to two wonderful (and active) girls, her days are filled with carpool, diaper changes, craft projects and all things mommy. In her spare time, she is also an avid deal hunter sharing the best deals on her blog. Becoming a mom inspired the creation of The Suburban Mom, and since being a mom means wearing many hats I am never at a loss for words. In addition to The Suburban Mom, she is the co-author of the best-selling book Power Principles for Success, a ghost writer and guest poster for various blogs and freelance magazine columnist. She spent her first 8 years of her career in Speech-Language Pathology at a Children’s Hospital. She currently works with adults and children in home health. The real fun for her happens when she is at home with her boys, chasing them around and pretending to be a super hero. She blogs about life as a working mom at Simply Stavish . Her weekly feature Words in the Sand, teaches parents how to grow their child’s speech, language and feeding development through everyday moments.  Mindi also enjoys knitting and photography.
